Most of the sprites posted for now are just placeholders and will likely be changed before the game is finished.
Anyway, here's some more details about the game.
-The game takes place in multiple environments not just a mansion.
-Luigi can upgrade elemental powers over the course of the game and gain new attacks with each elemental medal.
-There's 8 power medals collect, they will be revealed later.
-Atmosphere plays a big part in the game. Although the game won't be too scary.
-Money is not spent but rather the more the player collects the more secrets open up.
-Many of the rooms in the mansion are maze like and surreal.
This is a blog for the fan game Luigi's Mansion 2D. It is going to be a openworld game similar to Metroid and the later Castlevania games.
